Thank you for signing up to join us at Zenacity™ 2024 live online and in-person!

You are receiving this as a participant at our first ever Zenacity retreat in Singapore and online.

Please do not unsubscribe from this mailing list, as we will be making future event announcements in this manner. [ Of late, it seems like everyone has been having intermittent email issues; we have not been spared either. Hopefully, moving everyone onto this platform will make the event emails more 'receivable', and you can contact us more effectively this way. ]

Important Announcements

1. Registration & Payments

If you have not completed your payment process, please contact Debbie by replying to this email immediately to secure your placement.

2. Supply & Homework Kits

We are currently building supply kits, as well as a mini, homework kit, for all secured placements.

For online/virtual participants:

• You will receive your supplies and homework together in one package, delivered by DHL Express.
• As you will receive your packages ahead of the event, please do not post photos of the supplies to social media.
• You may begin to work on and post your homework tiles to social media, however. Official hashtag: #zenacity2024
• Material lists will be made available to you, once they are ready.

For in-person participants:

• You will receive your homework kit via post and your supplies in July.
• You may begin to work on and post your homework tiles on social media, from the moment you receive them. Official hashtag: #zenacity2024
• Please sign and bring your finished tiles with you to the Zenacity™ 2024 event, when you come in July, so that we can feature these as part of the class mosaics.
• Material lists will be made available to you, once they are ready.

3. Extra Itineraries

For online/virtual participants:

• Timezone Check
  This is an international event. Always ensure you are looking at the correct time in your own timezone if you are attending live.
  Please use a timezone converter if you are not sure.
• Pre-Launch Party

  This bonus itinerary will take place on:
  ​Sunday, 7 July 2024
  8:30pm Singapore time
  We will go through your supply kit with you to ensure you have everything and you may ask any questions you might have. [ This will be held in English, but we will also ensure that one of the Japanese instructors is present to assist our Japanese friends. ]
• Thank You After Party
  [ hosted by CZT instructors ]
  This bonus itinerary will take place after the in-person event has concluded in July. We are currently making arrangements for this, and will let you have details soon.

For in-person participants:

• Extra Itinerary 1: Morning Walk by the Bay​
  [ Gardens by the Bay, Flower Dome ]
  This bonus itinerary will take place on:
  ​Friday, 12 July 2024
  9:00am [ group leaves hotel at 8:30am together ]
  The Flower Dome will be featuring scenes inspired by the gardens of Monet during our visit.
  You may choose to stay on to explore the rest of the Gardens and Cloud Forest, or lunch at your own leisure, whilst Debbie and the crew heads back to get set up for the event [ our event reception table will open from 2:00pm ].
  ​Please wear walking shoes.
• Extra Itinerary 2: Evening Walk by the River​
  [ Singapore River ]
  This bonus itinerary will take place on:
  ​Friday, 12 July 2024
  After Dinner [ group leaves together from dinner venue ]
  Debbie and the instructors will be taking a stroll down the Singapore river which is a stone’s throw from the hotel and dinner venues. This optional excursion is for those who would like to walk around the historic and vibrant Robertson & Clarke Quay areas, and back.
  ​Please wear walking shoes.
• Extra Itinerary 3: Light Show​
  [ Gardens by the Bay, SuperTree Grove ]
  This bonus itinerary will take place on:
  ​Saturday, 13 July 2024
  8:45pm [ group leaves hotel at 8:00pm together ]
  This optional excursion is for those who enjoy an al fresco setting, with light and sound.

• Extra Itinerary 4: Zenacity x Overjoyed After Party​
  [ Overjoyed, Marymount, Singapore ]
  This bonus itinerary will take place on:
  ​Monday, 15 July 2024
  Afternoon [ more details to come! ]​
  ​This optional excursion is for those who would like to visit our sponsors' factory-direct outlet at Marymount, Singapore, with Debbie and the instructors. Special discounts will be given if you are purchasing supplies.

4. Pre-Order Shop

For in-person participants:

Our instructors will be offering some special goodies for sale, by way of pre-order, prior to the event in July.

5. Online Access​
​
The Pre-Launch and Thank You Parties will be recorded and included in your Thinkific access, along with the 7 Zenacity™ sessions, for all participants.

Where possible we will also include video footage of the Extra Itineraries taking place in Singapore.
​
The Zenacity™ Facebook group will open on 1 June 2024.
